Book Review: Eat, Live, Thrive Diet by Danna Demetre and Robyn Thomson

Happy Launch Day to Eat, Live, Thrive Diet by Danna Demetre and Robyn Thomson.  I was delighted to take part in the Eat, Live, Thrive Diet Launch Team and I can tell you that the authors of this book are sincere in their desire to help other achieve a healthy life.  The Eat, Live, Thrive Diet is all about customizing the way you eat and live.  They bring together science and common sense to make a fantastic book that you'll want to read again and again at different times in your life.  I think, like anything else, some of the ideas in the book need to be discussed with you doctor before trying them. But, I can see this book being really useful to many, many women out their.  The authors also really focus on the spiritual side and the power of positive self talk.  Overall, I was really impressed with this book and I would recommend it to women looking to re-examine their healthy life choices. I received a copy of this book from the publisher with no obligations.  These opinions are entirely my own.
